CLASSES FOR YOU:

Birth Class: This session will cover the last weeks of pregnancy, how to prepare for labor, what to pack in your birth bag, effective communication with your provider, relaxation techniques, breathing methods, different pushing techniques, and a step-by-step guide of what to expect during birth to ensure a positive experience.

Breastfeeding Classes: Designed for every mother planning to breastfeed, our unique 5-step system ensures a successful start, preventing common issues like cracked nipples, low milk supply, and poor latch. Successful breastfeeding starts long before birth, and this is what we are here to help you with. If you nurture your baby in your womb, you can nurture them outside. Just implement our unique system shared during class.

Newborn Care Classes: Perfect for first-time parents, learn how to provide top-notch care for your newborn, prepare for their arrival, curate a practical baby registry, and smoothly transition to life with a newborn.

HypnoBirth Classes: Conducted by Anna Isaiko, these sessions include a book and printed materials. Aimed at natural, unmedicated births, they also help ease inductions and provide relaxation techniques for cesarean deliveries, fostering a calm mind-body connection for a smoother birthing experience.

Expert Guidance and Options: Individual consultations on Birth and Lactation are also offered in person or online.
